Sprees FAQS:

1. How long do the items take to arrive?
Sprees usually takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on restocking rate. Do note that the restocking rate/time depends on the supplier solely, Lacquered Shop has no control over the restocking rate. Therefore, you are expected to wait for your item.

2. How do I check on the status of the spree?
We will update the status of the spree in the post. Do refer to restocking sprees under navigations.

3. How do I track the registered articles?
You can simply track them at: http://www.singpost.com/index.php?quickTool=TrackItem#Quick

4. Is normal postage safe?
Lacquered Shop is not responsible for any loss of normal mail/postage. Registered Postage is highly encouraged.

5. If my item is out of stock, will I be able to get the handling fees back?
Yeap, full refund will be made.

6. Any discounts if I get more items?
Yeah of course but only for customers buying 15 items and above, will enjoy discounts. Do refer to private sprees' section for more details!
